Great food! Fresh vegetables, awesome grilled meats and very nice flavours. Also Yves is a really great guy! We enjoyed it so much we came back a few times. :)

Great food from good sources that is not expensive compared to other restaurants some fine imported German beer. The owner is an awesome kind person to talk to about music and things in general. I loved going there.Still I have to warn you: If you go to Douala for tourism... Don't. But if you already made that mistake, go to Lili Marleen if you want to have stomach full of nice food and meet good people.I'm grateful for being able to visit that place and talk to the restaurant manager who even helped me meet some other interesting people.

The name is the Lili Gourmand. Their specialty is German food. Their homemade sausages are to die for . The owner Yves is so welcoming and warm. He has a passion for his cuisine that is infectious. Great setting for family dinners and they are very client oriented. They organise events like octoberfest etc. It's a really cool fun place

This is just the kind of a place you want to visit in Douala. Good selection of food, polite service, imported beer and good company.Highly recommended for both the expats and the locals.
